Prior to starting LARDprop , I co-worked with two Companies owned by a maverick property magnet in Bulawayo. Both were start-up companies when I began with them and I was responsible for implementing departments that were both unique and profitable. I created systems for interviewing, hiring and training sales staff that included sales manuals and an audition process for hiring a profitable sales force.
I consider myself to be intelligent, sensitive, aware, caring, compassionate, passionate, empathetic, persistent, versatile, creative, funny and resilient. I love to think outside the property.In my career, I have always worked with people. I am adept at problem solving, quick thinking and efficient. As a Leader, my greatest strengths have become project management, budget controls, time management and communication.Looking forward to being of Service to you.
